I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in NJ, SC, and WA with a PhD in Human Services and a Master’s in Social Work. With experience as a therapist in residential settings, private practice, and as a clinical supervisor and director, Dr. [Your Name] uses an eclectic approach that blends transpersonal, client-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. Trained in EMDR, trauma-informed care, and as a Level I Reiki practitioner, the focus is always on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore, heal, and grow.

Lindsey King, LPC
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate therapeutic environment where you feel heard and comfortable expressing your thoughts, concerns, and worries. With over 10 years of experience, I work collaboratively with clients of all ages to explore their strengths and values, using a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to address issues like anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. My aim is to help you regain balance, safety, and peace in your life.

A U.S. Air Force veteran with a diverse background in human services, education, and coaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and am a Certified Life Coach, with a focus on helping individuals clarify and achieve personal, life, and health-and-wellness goals. In addition to my professional experience, I draw deeply from my own personal transformation over the past two years—including a 100-pound weight loss, developing effective stress-management and coping strategies, strengthening self-care practices, becoming more present in my life, and learning to navigate my own ADHD. I believe lasting growth happens when compassion, structure, and real-life experience come together, and I am passionate about supporting others as they build healthier, more aligned lives.
