SMS Terms & Conditions - Inner Peace Behavioral Health

1. Program Name/Description By opting in to receive text messages from Inner Peace Behavioral Health, you agree to receive messages (including, but not limited to appointment reminders, customer service updates, account notifications, billing information, and important announcements,) to your mobile phone number.

  • Message Frequency: may vary but at maximum 2 messages per week.
  • Types of Messages: Conversational or Informational messages.

2. Opt-In Instructions You can opt in to receiving messages on our webpage by checking the box consenting to receiving text messages.

3. Opt-Out Instructions You can opt out of receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us to cancel your subscription. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a one-time message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from that phone number.

4. Rejoining instructions If you previously opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you can opt back in by visiting our office at (843) 663-0828 or our website www.innerpeacebehavioral.com and completing the opt-in process, or by following the instructions provided in our enrollment forms.

6. Data Sharing & Privacy We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or consent information with third parties or affiliates. 7. Carriers Supported Messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.

8. Liability We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages. Please do not text any PHI.

9. Compliance with industry standards This SMS program complies with applicable industry standards, including guidelines set by the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) and relevant messaging policies.

10. Legal Compliance By participating in this SMS program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any other relevant federal, state, or local laws.
